Scheduling: To schedule a tour, please complete the online Tour Registration form or contact Public Relations at 262-334-8584. Four weeks prior notice of requested tour date will allow adequate time for scheduling and preparation. Please be prepared to provide information about tour participants/organization, number of participants, any special areas of interest, etc.
Cancellations: If you must cancel your scheduled group tour, please contact Public Relations at publicrelations@stjosephswb.com or 262-334-8584.
Age range: Depending on the average age and objectives of the tour group, the scheduled amount of time for the tour will be adjusted and appropriate department tours will be arranged.
Exceptions: If anyone in the group has a cold, sore throat, coughing, etc. or other contagious illnesses, they will not be allowed to tour the hospital at that time for infection control reasons.
SynergyHealth St. Joseph's Hospital will make every effort to accommodate tour requests, but as with any healthcare facility, if a medical emergency arises, certain areas of the hospital and hospital staff may be unavailable during the tour. Every effort will be made to meet the objectives of the tour group and its coordinators.
